Sorry it’s been a while….. but It has been a hectic start to the year with the launch of our new dress collection, trade shows, exhibitions, events and new stockists.

In-Fashion Munich

We started the year with In-fashion Munich, we were really excited about our first Taisir Gibreel brand footfall in Europe; we had great hopes and expectations and were relishing the challenge! The show proved to be a great opportunity for us and we met our first distributor Else, a lovely lady who hit the ground running and has done a fantastic job. The collection is now stocked across Germany.

Exhibitions and Press feature

March was a really exciting month with two exhibitions, front cover of Attire Magazine and several new stockists coming on board. The Kaleidoscope Exhibition at Gallery Q, Dundee on opening night, 20th March and the exhibition at The Wirren Gallery on opening night, 21st of March – Both exhibitions were curated beautifully by Joyce in Gallery Q and Wendy and Sally in The Wirren. We (my mother and I) attended both opening nights and had an absolute blast. Both exhibitions were a fantastic mix of artists and designers across several disciplines that really complimented each other. It was hugely enjoyable meeting all the other artists and designers as well as the lovely ladies who have supported the collections for many years.
